This March 21st, Spring has officially sprung, and with it the latest edition of the Big Orange/FDR OpenRide! March 21 also happens to be the equinox, when the sun sits directly over the equator making day and night the same length. Help us celebrate by wearing black and white kit (if you have it). 

Arrive at Miramar Park in Redondo Beach by 8:00 am and you'll get a free OpenRide wrist band. The ride rolls at 8:15 am and we'll head up Mandeville Canyon. The Big Orange Team van will be waiting at the top of Mandy where riders with a wrist band will get a free Black & White cookie. After that, we'll descend to Sunset Blvd and head to Will Rogers State Park where we'll see what remains of the famous Will Rogers house (another victim of the Palisades fire). From there, we'll head back to the after-party at Proudly Serving in Redondo Beach. Any rider with a wrist band will also get a delicious and FREE Proudly Serving burger, compliments of Big Orange.

Big Orange members, feel free to get any non-Big Orange members to register. They would need to be able to handle a 59 mile ride with 2,400’ of climbing.
